TreDotStylz is a platinum-selling Major and Independent mixer & mastering engineer with over 15 years of experience spanning a range of fields within the music industry.
In 2007 Tre moved from Nashville, TN to Atlanta, GA working for the #1 Hip Hop Label (at the time) Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy South where he worked with & crafted a sound with the label artists Boyz N Da Hood, Yung Joc, & Gorilla Zoe. Here he recorded, mixed, & mastered several records. He also co-wrote Gorilla Zoe’s “Echo” which is Zoe’s commercially most successful song to date. In 2008 he signed a Joint Venture (Versastyle) with Block Ent. for R&B singer/songwriter JC. A long-time collaborator who would later join the production team Blu2ooth later that year.
In 2009 Tre ventured on his own and Co-founded Quality Control Audio. An audio engineering services firm dedicated to advancing the quality of records in Atlanta with their motto “Quality over Quantity”. During this span, Tre worked on records with artists such as The Legendary Blind Boys of Alabama, Migos, Future, One Chance, Gucci Mane, Fall Out Boy, Cam’ron, Rico Love, Demi Lovato, Rick Ross, Joey Bad A$$, Young Scooter, Sonny Digital, and TK-N-Ca$h to name a few.
In 2015 Tre moved to Miami to work with world-renowned Flo-Rida and his label of artist Strong Arm. Here he worked with artists Natalie La Rose, K Kutta, and Nuk. Tre has worked with Atlantic Records, Capitol Records, E One Entertainment, & Universal Records over the span of his career. Tre is a member of the Recording Academy “Grammys” where he is also a representative of the Producers & Engineers (P&E) wing. A network of creative and technical professionals addressing critical issues affecting the art and craft of recorded music, best practices, and how it’s archived. Recently he received another gold-certified plaque for Joey Bad A$$ single “Devastated”.
Tre is currently working back in Atlanta & Nashville and in his spare time also mentors new Artists and Producers alike.
